How it works

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated email verifying that we have received your order and will include the order details- including the urgency selected. This is the deadline to which our guarantee applies unless otherwise arranged with you. You will also get another email from our customer support representatives confirming that we have received your payment. If you do not receive these emails, check your spam folder. To ensure timely delivery of work, we follow the steps indicated below in processing orders;

  1. After you place your order, we carefully check the instructions and documents provided to ensure the instructions and requirements are complete and the writer has all the information needed to complete the task.
  2. The order is assigned to a writer immediately, typically within two hours, to ensure it is completed on time. If the expert needs clarifications or has questions, we will contact you within 6-12 hours via email. Otherwise, the writer will start working on the paper right away.
  3. The writer will complete the paper before the deadline to allow time for review by the editing and quality assurance desks, and corrections if need be.
  4. We will send the completed work to the email address provided on the order form when placing your order. Delivery will be based on the deadline paid for and will be observed without fail.
  5. For first-time clients, we may notify you when the order is complete and has been sent to your email address via SMS or WhatsApp notifications. A valid phone number should be provided while placing the order to get such notifications.

Please note that we cannot and will not be responsible for missed deadlines or order lateness in the following scenarios;

  1. The order is not paid for on time. Orders are assigned to writers after payment is received and approved. This means that the clock for the delivery starts ticking at the time the payment is successfully made. For instance, if you place an order with an urgency of say 5 days but make the payment the following day, the order will be delivered on the 6th day.
  2. You have placed and paid for your order but have failed to provide all the instructions or information required to complete the paper. We cannot continue working on the order if the information requested is not provided or the writer is waiting for your clarification.
  3. We send your work on time to the email address provided while placing the order but the email doesn’t work for any reason, such as you provided the wrong email address, the delivery email is blocked by spam filters, or your inbox is full.
  4. We send your work on time but it does not download on your computer or you fail to download it until after the deadline because of the lack of Internet access, the delivery email ends up in the spam folder, or general negligence.
