Refund Policy

1.0 Introduction

At Elite Assignment Helper, we want you to feel safe and secure when placing your order! Hence, we have a refund policy that lays down the guidelines for asking for a reimbursement. Our money-back guarantee gives you the right to request and receive a refund at any stage of your order due to one reason or the other. Please note that our aim is to fully satisfy our clients with the services that we offer; as such, we have your best interest at heart. Our company enjoys a high customer satisfaction rate, while refund requests are rare. However, we understand that there are unique scenarios when a client might want to get back the money that he/she has already paid to our company. All refund requests are reviewed by our dispute department and processed within three business days.

2.0 Situations when we offer a refund

2.1 Lack of a writer to handle your order

We try our level best to hire writers from different disciplines but we cannot guarantee that you will always find a writer who is qualified and ready to work on your order. In the event that we lack a suitable writer to assign your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible. In such a scenario, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

2.2 Order is canceled

If you decide to cancel your order before we assign a writer to work on it, you receive a 100% refund. If a writer has already been assigned, the refund amount depends on the time that has passed between the moment of the order and the deadline. This is because the writer who starts on your paper should receive compensation for the work already done. The refund amount varies from 50% to 70% to cover the effort of the company and the expert in their attempt to provide you with the product or services purchased. If you want to cancel the order, please contact our support team via live chat or by phone as soon as possible.

Note:

You cannot claim a refund for order cancellation if the paper has already been completed and delivered to you on time. In such a case where the paper has been delivered within the deadline that you stipulated and paid for, you can only request a refund due to quality concerns.

2.3 When you have mistakenly paid for a single order multiple times

If you have made an error of paying for a single order twice or more, you are entitled to a full refund for the amount that exceeds that which would be charged for a single order. 

2.4 When you have placed identical orders

Sometimes, it happens that a client places duplicate orders by mistake while in need of a single order. In such a scenario, you need to contact us as soon as possible. You should clarify with us that the other order is not needed.

Note:

To get a 100% refund on the duplicate orders, you should cancel them before they are assigned to writers. If you fail to cancel the order on time, then the amount to be refunded is subject to negotiation as stipulated in 2.2 above.

2.5 Late delivery

While our writers are time-conscious, we are aware that they might miss the set deadline on rare occasions. It may happen when the writer gets ill or in case of other emergencies. In such a scenario, the company will refund an appropriate amount to compensate for the late delivery. The exact amount will be discussed with the customer in private.

Note:

The order deadline is calculated after the ordering process is completed. This process is considered complete after the client has completed the order form, fully paid the amount due upfront, and we have confirmed to have received it. No refund shall be approved for a deadline that was missed due to issues related to the ordering process or delivery problems.

2.6 Unacceptable work

If you consider the order submitted to you as totally unacceptable, then you can claim a refund. For your refund request to be approved, you must provide a strong case of your dispute claims. Specifically, such an argument should be based on lines of the writer not following the issued instructions or depicting inaptitude in working on the given project. You must cite clear examples of such instances in your paper. In such a scenario, you are entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the amount paid for the order. This rate will vary depending on the merit of each case.

Note:

If you are completely dissatisfied with the paper and would like to get a refund, the dispute department will conduct an investigation. Hence, you should provide strong reasons and examples to back up your claim, or your own written version of the paper as supporting evidence. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the dispute department’s discretion. Keep in mind that we always want our customers to be fully satisfied. Hence, we will always do our best to treat the customer fairly and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

2.7 Plagiarized work

If by any chance you receive a paper that has been plagiarized, then you are entitled to a 100% refund. For you to be refunded, you must produce evidence (similarity report) that your paper contains plagiarism of an unacceptable level at the time of making the refund request or within a reasonable time after placing the request. Failure to do so shall lead to forfeiting of such refund.

3.0 You are not entitled to a refund in the following scenarios

3.1 Progressive order delivery

For orders with progressive order delivery whereby payment is made in installments, you cannot request a refund for the previously approved part. Once you have paid a certain percentage of the total amount of the order, the writer works on a portion of the paper and waits for your approval before he/she begins working on the next section of your paper. Hence, it is deemed that this particular portion of the paper has been completed and you accepted the quality. Thus, the released funds are non-refundable.

3.2 Not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper

In the event that you complain of poor or low quality of the order completed and you are not completely satisfied with the paper, you can request free revisions and can even ask for a different writer to be assigned to your order. You cannot claim a refund if you decline to use our free revision to improve the quality of the work and opt to revise the paper yourself.

Note:

If you are completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper and decide to write it yourself, you can request a full refund as stipulated in 2.6 above.

3.3 A lower grade than what was expected is received

We do our level best to ensure that our clients excel in their studies. However, this does not mean that we give grade guarantees. This is because there are other factors that influence the final grade and that are out of our control, such as personality or contribution to class discussions. Any refund request that shall be based on a client not scoring the desired grade shall therefore be declined.

3.4 Delayed delivery

3.4.1 The customer claims that the order has been delayed when the reality is that the payment was also delayed, we shall not bear responsibility for it. Moreover, a refund cannot be requested.

3.4.2 Delivery of an order is delayed due to the needed materials being provided too late by the customer. In this situation, no refund can be granted.

3.4.3 Order lateness because of issues at the client’s end, such as wrong email address, spam filters, the inbox being full, lack of Internet access, or general negligence. In such situations, no refund can be granted.

3.5 The services hired entail editing, proofreading, and formatting

Please understand that the order you place for the aforementioned services contains original content written by you that may contain errors of a contextual nature.

3.6 The revision of your paper is late

Please note that refunds do not apply to revisions since revision deadlines are set individually for each order. Make sure your writer has a sufficient amount of time to complete the order. For example, if your paper is due in 7 days, choose a 5-day deadline while placing the order so that we can have time for any possible revisions.

3.7 Refund is requested after 30 days

When the refund request is made after the time allowed for making such a request has already lapsed, such requests will be declined. Any refund request initiated after 30 days since your order was delivered will not be approved.

4.0 Refund Processing

You can begin the process of requesting a refund at any given time provided that the period does not exceed 30 days after you have received the completed order. To get a refund;

4.1 Contact our customer support desk via live chat, email, or phone and submit your request for a refund. Provide strong argumentation for your refund claim and supporting evidence if applicable. Alternatively, send an email with all relevant details to disputes@capstoneeditingservices.com.

4.2 Our dispute department will investigate your claims and will approve the refund when the claims are reasonable. You will receive an email confirming or declining your refund request from our dispute resolution manager.

4.3 Your refund will be processed within three business days. Please note, that we cannot be held responsible for your bank transfer fees, service fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any bank service issues.

Note:

If you do not provide the information required for dispute resolution within 30 days after initiating a refund claim, your request will be canceled and no reimbursement will be made.
