Revision Policy

1.0 Introduction

Our main goal at Elite Assignment Helper is to give 100% quality services to enable students to excel in their academics. Your satisfaction is our main concern and we are happy when you receive the final product and like it. We are always working to meet the expectations of all our clients and ensure that every assignment is completed with utmost precision. However, we are aware that some changes may still be needed to deliver a paper that meets all your needs. That is why we have put in place a revision policy to ensure that our customers have multiple options when they are not satisfied with the final product or feel the paper is not written according to the standards they wished for.

2.0 Main Highlights of Our Revision Policy

Instructions are very important while writing academic papers. When clear instructions and requirements are provided in the initial order, there are hardly any reasons that one can request a revision. Nevertheless, if you feel that you are not satisfied with the paper, the writer hasn’t met some of your primary demands, something is missing, or you would like some changes to be made, you can always send the delivered paper for as many free revisions as you wish for within 30 days after you have received the paper. We provide free unlimited revisions if your request meets the conditions listed below;

2.1 Changes comply with the initial instructions

The writer will gladly accept to carry out a series of revisions until you are satisfied with the paper provided the changes requested do not conflict or contradict with the initial instructions given while placing the order. If our quality assurance department determines that the paper has been written per the initial instructions, then your revision request may be declined and you may be required to place a new order for writing, rewriting, or editing.

Note:

If the revision request does not align with the initial instructions, you will be required to pay additional charges for the revision. This is because such a request is considered as completely turning the paper around with new instructions that differ from the ones stated in the original one. Kindly contact our customer support to find out the cost of the new revision when the instructions deviate from the ones in the initial order.

Additional payments may be required in the following instances;

  1. Customer changes the instructions or provides add-on instructions and extra guidelines after the writer has already started on or completed the paper.
  2. Your professor gives additional instructions or sends new comments for the paper.

2.2 The revision request is placed within 30 days

Revisions must be requested within 30 days after we deliver the paper. After the said deadline, it shall be assumed that you are satisfied with your order and will no longer be eligible for free revisions. Revisions requested after this time frame elapses will not be done for free. You will be required to pay for additional charges through an inquiry to the support team for us to fulfill such a request.

2.3 Need a change of writer

Are you dissatisfied with the writing style of the writer, the quality of the paper, or has the writer not written up to the standards you requested? You can ask for a different writer to work on your revision request provided the two conditions stated above are met. If you would like to change the writer, contact our customer support and discuss your requirements.

3.0 How to Request a Revision

You can request a revision by sending an email or contacting our support team via live chat or phone. Alternatively, use the message dashboard in your account to place your revision request. Include clear instructions, comments, suggestions, questions, and any feedback on what changes need to be made in the paper. Also, attach the paper with the comments or feedback from your professor.

Note:

The revision will be delivered within 6 hours to14 days depending on the changes required. If you have a very urgent revision, contact customer support and discuss your requirements. However, provide the writer with adequate time for the best results.
